Ponsonby Road

The building is a flexible-use commercial building comprising four stories; one below street level and three above. The spaces all have outlook and natural light, and are able to be split into two per floor, or form one single tenancy each with outlook both East and West. There is potential for conversion into residential if required, preserving options for future uses of the building.

The building intends to recognize the grain, character and scale of our favourite buildings along Ponsonby Road, which typically have decorative facades in concrete, brick and painted plaster.
